Step 1

On the charging station’s touchscreen, select your vehicle’s connector, then plug it into your car.

Step 2

When prompted by the instructions onscreen, hold your Circuit électrique card before the scanner or find the charging station in the mobile app, then press Start.

Step 3

If you used your card, press Start on the charging station’s touchscreen.

Step 4

To stop charging, press the red Stop on the touchscreen.

Step 5

Plug the connector back into the charging station.

How are the rates set at fast-charging stations?

Rates at fast-charging stations are calculated dynamically, based on the power delivered by the station and the vehicle’s state of charge.

The cost of charging may include a per-kilowatt-hour (kWh) rate and an hourly rate, which applies when charging slows down.

When the battery reaches 90% charge, the rate increases to encourage freeing up the station for other users.
