Who will provide customer service for Electric Circuit members outside Québec? Will the service be available in French?

The service will be carried out by the network operating the charging station for which the customer service is required. With regard to ChargePoint, service in French is available to assist Francophone EV drivers throughout North America. It can be accessed by phone at the number indicated on the charging station, or from the link mentioned in the mobile application.
