You are responsible for answering any questions about your offers (quality, content, satisfaction with the discount, etc.), providing customer service to manage your promotional offers and any complaints or claims related to your offers. You are also responsible for notifying and training your staff to fulfill the promotional offers; please refer to the terms of participation in the promotional offer program.
