Which vehicles are compatible with Autocharge?

Most vehicles equipped with a CCS Combo or NACS charging port are compatible with the Autocharge feature. However, some models from certain vehicle brands are not compatible. You can check whether your vehicle is compatible with Autocharge by adding it to your profile in the Electric Circuit mobile app. A message will indicate whether or not your vehicle is compatible with Autocharge. If your vehicle is identified as incompatible with Autocharge but you believe this is an error, please contact us.

My vehicle isn’t compatible with Autocharge. Why is that?

Autocharge requires a CCS or NACS connector as well as access to the vehicle’s MAC address for identification purposes. Some automakers do not offer these features, thus limiting their vehicles’ compatibility. Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche and Lucid are among the manufacturers that do not support Autocharge for some models. Vehicles fitted with a CHAdeMO connector are likewise incompatible. For more information, please contact your vehicle manufacturer or dealer.
