What to do if you lose your Electric Circuit card?

If you lose your Electric Circuit card, you must declare it lost or stolen in order to cancel it. To do so, log in to your account on the Electric Circuit website or mobile app, go to the Member card section and follow the on-screen instructions.

To replace your lost or stolen card, you must order a new one (a $15 fee plus taxes applies). Until you receive your new card, you can start your charging sessions with the Electric Circuit mobile app.
