How can I pay for charging?

Electric Circuit card
The cost of activating a charging session using your card is deducted from the funds in your Electric Circuit account. If you do not have an Electric Circuit card, you can order one in the My Account section of our website.
Electric Circuit mobile app
The cost of activating a charging session through the app is deducted from the funds in your account.
Autocharge
When Autocharge is set up and activated for a vehicle, charging starts automatically when the vehicle is plugged into a compatible charging station. The charging station and the car communicate with each other securely. The charging cost is billed to the member’s Electric Circuit account.
Helpline
If you use the helpline to start a charging session, the cost is deducted from the funds in your Electric Circuit account. Please note that a $5 fee is applicable for all charging started using our tech support line.
Electric Circuit account
You can use a credit card to add funds to your Electric Circuit account in the My Account section of our website or through the mobile app, under the Balance tab.
