The Circuit électrique app is the perfect travel companion for your spring getaways. To get the most out of it, give it a quick tune-up in three easy steps!
1. Update your member profile
A complete and accurate profile is the best way to receive personalized support tailored to your needs. Check that your contact information, vehicle make and model and communication preferences are all up to date.
While you’re at it, sign up for our newsletter. Each season, you’ll see which charging stations were added to the network and get helpful tips to make charging easier.
Sign in2. Update your vehicle details
You recently changed your car? Don’t forget to update it in the app. This helps us support you more effectively if something goes wrong and ensures we recommend options that are compatible with your vehicle.
Important reminder
If you set up Autocharge for your previous vehicle, don’t forget to remove it. Otherwise, any charging session started with Autocharge on that vehicle will continue to be linked and billed to your account.
3. Set up Autocharge
With Autocharge, you can start charging your vehicle simply by plugging it in at a compatible fast-charge station.
Open the Circuit électrique app to see whether your EV supports this feature. If it does, set it up and start saving time!
Tip: For the best Autocharge experience, enable the auto-reload feature and allow charging notifications.
